Under Standard CPA Hire Terms, the client is contractually liable and must plan the lifting operation according to BS7121 Code of practice for the safe use of cranes, specify the crane size and required ballast / lifting accessories, complete the required Lift Plan & RAMS Documents and supply the appointed person for the lift.
